End-to-end solutions for hybrid working, from Poly video and voice to Microsoft Teams rooms, showcased at dedicated demo showroom in Sydney.
IComm, one of Australia’s leading Modern Workplace integrators, has unveiled a new demo space in Sydney to showcase the range of new products and technologies ideal for the shift to hybrid working.
With hybrid working set to be the "next normal" as the world emerges from COVID-19 lockdowns, research shows that 74% of CFOs intend to shift some employees to remote work permanently, and 83% of people would like to continue working from home in some capacity once lockdowns end.
The new IComm showroom at Level 7, 135 King St, Sydney has been established to cater for strong business growth and customer demand. It will allow both current and prospective IComm clients the opportunity to experience first-hand conferencing and collaboration technology such as high quality headsets and the latest Poly Room Solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms, which offers the latest tools to deliver best-in-class audio and video experiences, such as automatic group framing to speaker tracking technologies, and can be demoed to show how they work in meeting rooms of all sizes.
Earlier this year IComm became a part of the Cloud Collective, a powerful alliance of three leading Microsoft Gold partners providing innovative end-to-end digital solutions to customers. The IComm Sydney expansion has seen the creation of five new roles so far, specialising in video conferencing or heavy architectural experience.
"We’re excited to feature the technology that will power the future of working to the Sydney market via our new Sydney showroom,” said Rob Dell, Managing Director, IComm.
“The cutting-edge products we can demo here, such as Poly’s Microsoft Teams end-to-end solutions, fill a vital gap for many organisations as they transition to hybrid working.”
“We’re currently living through an unprecedented public health crisis that has wide-reaching impacts for our wellbeing, careers, businesses, and the wider economy. We hope to demonstrate the different opportunities for hybrid working and how these technologies can support and enhance productivity and new working practices," he added.
The showroom has been created to add value and meet IComm client requirements during and post COVID-19 as businesses transition to a hybrid working model. IComm’s Sydney showroom will be one of the first in Australia demonstrating Poly’s latest Studio X Series and its usage for both executive home offices and meeting rooms. The Poly Studio X series, purpose-built, all-in-one video bars, offer a native video collaboration meeting experience that optimises conference room connectivity and meeting productivity.
"We’ve known for some time that more flexible working arrangements allow people to deliver more value. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many companies to overcome resistance and enable the remote component of flexible working. But it has also highlighted how critical having the right technology is, from collaboration platforms to video and audio-conferencing devices. Through the IComm showroom, we’ll be able to demonstrate the latest technology and solutions for a range of business needs," says Andy Hurt, Managing Director, ANZ, Poly.
Explore the showroom via IComm’s 360 degree virtual tour here. Within the tour is a hidden Easter Egg competition; visitors who find the Poly EagleEye Mini can fill out the form for a chance to win a Poly Voyager 4200 headset (HINT: it’s located in the workspace area!).
