Existing members say moving to Hub has delivered value for money and the flexibility to expand physical space in line with business growth.
Homegrown flexible working provider Hub Australia will significantly expand the size of its flexible workspace site, Hub ANZAC Square, to make it their largest offering in the country accommodating up to 830 members (up 25%).
The addition of a full floor of new premium workspace will evolve Hub ANZAC Square to five-storeys, meeting the growing demand for flexible office space in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
Spanning a total 5,136 square metres (up from 3,861 square metres), the expanded coworking site will include sophisticated amenity, future-ready technology and top-of-the-industry lifestyle facilities within the heritage-listed Brisbane building.

Large, blue-chip corporates have already expressed interest in the expanded space, which will see them work side-by-side with local Brisbane businesses already at Hub ANZAC Square, including Touch2Pay and Black Wolf Consulting.
Hub Australia CEO and Founder Brad Krauskopf said he expects more businesses to recognise Brisbane's attractions. “We’ve created Hub Australia’s largest site in Brisbane as we expect more businesses will be drawn to the vibrant city’s stable and resilient commercial market. Despite some recent COVID-19 restrictions in southeast Queensland, the appetite for high-end, engaging and versatile workspace is strong and we’ve already seen significant enquiry from small businesses through to large corporates."
“Hub ANZAC Square has been happily occupied at a high capacity every year since opening in 2018, so we know our flexible product and hospitality-led service is well received by the Brisbane market.”
Geyer Design will create the new premium amenity - including an ergonomic lobby, collaboration spaces and meeting rooms, a communal gathering space, kitchen area and a sleek outdoor terrace - on Level 2 of the ANZAC Square Building at 200 Adelaide Street. It will seamlessly connect to Hub’s existing flexible workspaces on Levels 4, 5, 6 and 7, which feature flexible, dedicated desks, offices, suites and meeting rooms. Other well-equipped state-of-the-art amenities include a café, kitchen, rooftop event space, media and exercise studio.
Hub ANZAC Square member, Ark Energy Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer Daniel Kim said, “We’re excited by Hub ANZAC Square’s expansion, which will see our business move to a larger space on Level 2 that includes our own internal office. Hub’s excellent facilities, including the premium meeting rooms, the cafe and rooftop event space, keeps my team motivated to come into the office whenever possible. Since moving to Hub five months ago, Ark Energy has benefited from value for money and flexibility that has enabled us to easily expand our physical space in line with our business growth.”
Building owners Eleanor Investors Group, David Burgess, Co-Head of Property said, “We’re delighted to soon be home to Hub Australia’s largest flexible workspace offering in the country. Their high-quality expansion will cater for the growing demand from tenants in our building seeking premium flexible workspaces.”
