Santosh Daniel is founder of b4sale.com.au, an online sales portal for businesses. He has a Masters in marketing management and has recently partnered with REAL Specialists to grow his business to the next level.

What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?

To be honest, and to be consistent as an agent. 

What do you love most about the REAL model?

All the systems, innovation and the flexibility to work as your own company. Especially for business sales. 

What personal hobbies/ interests outside of Real Estate do you enjoy?

I enjoy bike riding. 

What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?

I believe the market is stable and that interest rates will be staying low. 

I believe innovation will be key, which is why I have joined REAL and am looking forward to the future.  

What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?

As I complete business sales mostly, it is important to have your financials in order, and be an extremely good bookkeeper. 

What are your vendors currently saying about the market?

My clients believe the market is now picking up as a lot of businesses have had hits with COVID19. 

What are buyers currently saying about the market?

My buyers have noticed the market changing and are looking for the best opportunity to invest into a great business.
