The Trentham Collective is a beautiful cafe/restaurant housed in an iconic red brick bank in the charming village of Trentham, Victoria. 

Trentham is located high on the Great Dividing Range, half way between Woodend and Daylesford, with its origins in the late 19th century gold rush and is seeing increasing tourism, particularly for events such as The Great Trentham Spudfest. 

Currently operating under short hours, 5 days per week, the cafe has 3 separate seating areas with seating for 60 patrons.

The premises includes a huge, new commercial kitchen, able to cater for any occasion, including functions, open nights and the possible introduction of catering.
