The REIV Awards for Excellence have been announced for 2019, recognising, rewarding and celebrating excellence and professionalism in real estate practices.

2019 was one of REIV’s biggest awards nights, with 117 finalists competing across 37 categories, recognising achievements, service to clients, strategies and commitment to the industry.

Specialist Broker John Kasapi from Benchmark Business Sales and Valuations was awarded Business Broker of the Year (2019) for Victoria.

John specialises in the sale of hair and beauty salons in Melbourne, the wider Victorian market and in Brisbane, and was also named Business Broker of the Year for Queensland earlier this year.

Gloria Ammerlaan of Connect Business Agents and Blake Hedley of Mint Business Brokers were finalists in the Business Broker category.

“The quality of this year’s finalists is a sign that the Victorian real estate sector is in great shape,” REIV CEO Gil King told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Well done, to all of the 2019 finalists and winners, you all deserve to feel extremely proud of your efforts.”
