“I’m truly humble to have received such a prestigious award and it’s testament to the hard work that the team and I have put in over the past year,” Mr Buckley said.
RAY WHITE Business Sales (South Australia) Principal Brett Buckley has been awarded South Australian Business Broker of the Year 2020 by the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
The criteria included total sales values of businesses, what had been done to improve the business broking industry, and what had been done to improve business in general.
“I’m truly humble to have received such a prestigious award and it’s testament to the hard work that the team and I have put in over the past year,” Mr Buckley said.
“We sold well above our competitors in the number of businesses, value of business sales, and commission achieved.
“I've assisted the broking industry by mentoring new brokers and building links with third parties such as Business SA and accounting firms to make the business broking industry more mainstream.
“I've worked with Business SA to assist with exit strategies for their members and worked with other business membership groups to assist their members in regard to preparation for sale.
“The award is a recognition of the hard work that our team has done to become the prime business broking business in SA.
“It should also give our clients confidence that they’ve chosen the correct broking partners to either sell their business or buy a business.”
Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom said Mr Buckley and his team continued on their path as the leading business brokers in South Australia.
“This is due to their experience, extensive buyer database, marketing, negotiations skills and absolute focus on their clients. I congratulate Brett for this award - it’s certainly well deserved,” Mr Lindblom said.
