WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Larry about his career.
What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?
To focus on outcomes that clients say they want, rather than what we think they may need.
What do you love most about the REAL model?
The freedom to focus on client engagement and business development with the comfort of a respected national brand, backed by a first-class team of specialists.
What personal hobbies/ interests do you enjoy outside of Real Estate?
I have a keen interest in fitness, particularly running as a form of relaxation and enjoyment. Ideally, around the Sydney Harbour foreshore!
What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?
The market will continue to surge at the bottom end, due to cheap money.
What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?
Be prepared to invest in necessary renovations/improvements to generate a great “first impression”.
What are your vendors currently saying about the market?
Those who are holding entry level properties see it as a great time to sell and higher end vendors see better selling opportunities when immigration resumes.
What are buyers currently saying about the market?
Mostly they see easier lending as an opportunity to “buy now” but are apprehensive about price increases and job security.
What are the next steps for your business?
With our core business maturing, we now wish to expand our property activity to commercial property and high-end residential property via leasing and sales based on an Expression of Interest (EOI) selling method. In that context we see the association with REAL as key to achieving our objectives.
