Featuring uninterrupted ocean views, this cafe is located steps from the water’s edge at the Avoca Beach Surf Life Saving Club, on NSW’s Central Coast. 

The cafe can cater for 80 people, with the possibility of expanding the cafe floor space onto the outdoor area during peak times (subject to SLSC approval).

Currently serving breakfast and lunch, the café opens early seven days a week for locals and tourists alike. The possibility of opening for evening trade offers potential for new owners to grow the business.
