'Condabilla Fish' is an existing aquaculture operation on the Condamine Highway in Kogan, Queensland, around 280km to Brisbane CBD or exactly two hours freight delivery to Brisbane West International Airport at Wellcamp, Toowoomba.

Named for its location on both the Condamine River and Weimbilla Creek, 'Condabilla' is well watered and comes with water licences, Condamine Highway frontage and excellent infrastructure.

The aquaculture operation has been based on the Clemson System developed at the University of South Carolina with systematic processes and design resulting in clear cost and time efficiencies.

Currently turning over a regular supply of a Jade Perch, Silver Perch and Murray Cod fish varieties, the business has been building for nearly ten years, since State and Council approvals were provided in 2010.

With markets already established, cashflow and business processes in place, secure staff, knowledgeable consultants and further opportunities for expansion, including export worldwide, the foundations have been laid.

Additional income streams from cattle, gravel and CSG wells all assist in a diversifying cashflow as well as a 130kw solar plant to assist with cost controls and efficiencies.
