Leigh Adams

Leigh Adams joined Owen Hodge Lawyers as Special Counsel in 2016. Prior to this he ran Leigh Adams Business Lawyers which was established in 1994, and which developed a reputation for providing high quality legal services at an affordable price.  

Leigh practices in the area of business and commercial law with a particular interest in business contracts and business structuring (including franchising), shareholder arrangements and joint ventures, as well as tax effective business succession (the entry and exit of business partners) and estate planning. He also has a significant focus on asset protection and personal property securities.
