Thomas McClung is one of three co-founding directors of Dorado Property, a specialist investor and lender in Australian Property. Beginning in Perth in 2009, Dorado has expanded nationally, and how has offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Believing in the benefits of a non-hierarchical system of decision-making, Tim Moore, Thomas, and Peter Packer developed a Leadership Team of people with specialist areas of expertise, who collaborate to keep a working, dynamic picture of the Australian property industry across all a broad spectrum of the industries within it, to gain insight into future trends and current issues on the ground: construction and builders, developers and planners, banks and non-banks, as well as wider trends of economy, migration, housing, income, and interest rates. The Leadership Team regularly produce thought pieces and research-based analysis on critical topics of Australian property funding, to help developers and investors alike to make sustainable funding decisions.
